Вот вроде как официальное описание данного вопроса, однако для B2C COMMERCE.

Если лень переходить, то суть в тиом что меняется значение SameSite атрибут с None на Lax. Однако есть у тебя всё равно стоит атрибут None то ты должен работать по HTTPS.
По итогу SF предлагает просто включить HTTPS протокол.

How: To enable Enforce HTTPS, in Business Manager, go to Administration | Global Preferences | Security . On the Access Restrictions tab, select Enforce HTTPS . Click Apply .

Щиро вдячний.
Але по факту я вже багато днів вбив на цю радісь.
До-речі, вже тиждень СФ саппорт так толком нічим не допоміг, також спочатку давали посилання на цей офіційний опис питання, в якому ВЗАГАЛІ нічого корисного немає.

As an admin of a Salesforce product that uses Google Chrome, we wanted to notify you of an upcoming change that could potentially affect how your Salesforce service and associated custom integrations perform.

Google Chrome 80, which is scheduled by Google to be released in February 2020, changes the default behavior of cookies in cross-domain scenarios. Chrome 80 introduces a new default value for cookie attribute: “SameSite=Lax”. (Previously, the SameSite cookie attribute defaulted to “SameSite=None”.)

What does this mean for me?

  • Cookies won’t work for non-secure (HTTP) browser access. You should use HTTPS instead.
  • Any custom integrations that rely on cookies might no longer work in Google Chrome. This change particularly affects – but is not limited to – custom single sign-on, and integrations using iframes.

Other browser vendors are expected to make similar changes soon.

Я почав досліджувати цю тему після того як отримав цей лист від SF.
Вилилось в кілька днів ВЗАГАЛІ пустого дослідження і беззмістовної переписки з SF support, а-ля почитайте ще цю документацію по хрому.

Проблема в тому що в Класіку VF pages не відображаються на хоум пейджах і на рекорд лейаутах.
